The Thunderwolves were able to regain the lead from another Combs kill. CSC kept it close as both teams traded blows. The Eagles were able to regain the lead at 10-9. A CSU-Pueblo 6-0 run flipped the lead back to the Thunderwolves, and the Eagles were not able to go back on top. CSC drew within two from another Greiman kill, at 19-17, but the Thunderwolves closed the set off a Payton Van Veen kill.

CSC was not able to get a point in the third set until the Thunderwolves had eight of their own. CSU-Pueblo went on a 7-1 run before CSC was able to get a rally going. A 5-2 run from the Eagles got the momentum until the Thunderwolves scored five consecutive points, led by Hannah Delor. The Eagles were able to scrape together three more points before CSU-Pueblo was able to close out the match.
