CRAWFORD COUNTY, MO—One person died in an accident just after 1:30p.m. Monday in Crawford County, Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Honda CRV driven by Dru L. Delaet, 61, Lewellen, Nebraska, was eastbound on Highway N eight miles south of Bourbon.
The vehicle traveled off the left side of the road and overturned in a ditch.
A passenger identified as Dorothy J. Mitchell, 87, Lewellen, Nebraska, was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Hudson Funeral Home in Cuba, Missouri.
EMS transported Delaet Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan, Missouri. Both were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
