WEBSTER COUNTY, Missouri—One person died in an accident just after 3:30a.m. Tuesday in Webster County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Toyota Camry driven by Morgan M. Wright, 26, Marshfield, was westbound on Evergreen Road four miles east of Strafford.
The car struck a pedestrian identified as Traten J. Sherry, 46, Omaha, who was walking in the road. Sherry was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Day Funeral Home. Wright was not injured and properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
