-RSVP will have Crochet at 10 AM and Bingo at 12:30 on Wednesday September 18th.

-There will be a Rules Of The Road seminar at the Alliance Public Library with Dalsey Lambley, a financial advisor with Edward Jones. The presentation will begin at 7 PM and include common investing mistakes, and how to prepare for retirement. Please call 308.629.1192 by Sept. 18th to pre-register.

-Saturday September 21st is going to be a busy day! Janes Closet poker run will have registration start at 8:30 at the eagles, with kickstands up at 10:00. It is a 109 mile poker run followed by a 50/50 draw with dinner and a silent auction. Dinner will be available to the public for $5 a plate!

-Saturday will also kick off Dobby's Fall Festival beginning at 10 AM. It will be a fun-filled weekend with old time photos, kids games, wagon rides, Dutch oven cooking, Smokey Bear, a fire fighters bucket brigade and much more! If you can't make it on Saturday make sure to run down on Sunday before 4! You don't want to miss it!

-The Alliance Recreation Center will have their Catwalk and Cocktails fundraiser on Saturday beginning at 7 PM at the Eagles. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and refreshments before the show starting at 8, vote on the best fashionista! Categories include decades, futuristic, no sew, recyclable, workplace pride, and a write in category for the bravest of catwalkers. Make sure you stick around to enjoy the Electrowave Entertainment that starts at 9:30 and get your boogie on!

-Carnegie Arts Center will also have a youth Glue Batik Banner Class Saturday at 1 PM and Sunday at 1 PM. Students will learn how to create their own fabric designs throught the process called Batik.
