The NSAA has released details on the refund policy for boys state basketball ticket holders:
If you purchased tickets online through GoFan, you will be refunded by them and will receive an email when you have been refunded. This process began Wednesday afternoon, March 11.
If you purchased tickets at the Pinnacle Bank Arena box office, you’ll need to return the tickets there and they will refund you.
If you pre-purchased tickets through the NSAA (Coach/Administrator or General Admission, you will receive communication about the refund process at a later time.
