The Alliance Bulldogs used two homeruns from Diane DuBray, 11 hits as a team and strong pitching from Hannah Schneider to pull away from Chadron 8-0 on Tuesday at the Hal Murray Sports Complex.
"I think the girls are finally starting to hit their stride offensively, they're being disciplined and staying aggressive at the same time," Head Coach Carlos Palomo said.
Hallie Schneider, CeCe Hudson and Kyra Jesperson each had RBI's in the early innings, while Diane DuBray hit homeruns in the 3rd and 4th innings. Her grand slam in the 4th to make it 8-0 put the game out of reach for the Bulldogs.
Hannah Schneider got the win for Alliance, who gave up just one hit in five innings with four strikeouts.
Alliance's win over Chadron was their 3rd straight over Chadron, as the Bulldogs improved to 9-10 overall on the season. Chadron drops to 5-10.
