A Dawes County man has been found deceased after family and friends had not seen him for several days.
On Sunday, Sept. 20 the Chadron Police Department (CPD) was contacted to perform a welfare check on 46 year-old Jason Cisneros.
After CPD entered the Cisneros residence, he was found dead.
"After investigation of the scene, witness interviews and consultation with medical professionals...it was determined that foul play is not suspected in Mr. Cisneros death at this time," said Dawes County Attorney/Coroner Vance Haug.
Haug said an autopsy has been ordered to establish the cause of death.
The investigation continues.
