Cross Hernandez drove in two runs and had a stellar 4/5 night at the plate in the Lobos victory. Hernandez smacked a solo homerun for a 3-0 lead in the fifth and also tripled in the contest.

Wheatland broke open a scoreless game in the fifth inning with four runs. WESTCO got to within 4-3 in the eighth, but gave up two in the bottom half. WESTCO committed five errors, but out hit Wheatland 8-7.

Quentin Janicek homered and drove in two Gering runs. Jack Franklin pitched 5 2/3 innings for the win, striking out 12 Ogallala batters..

Sidney JRs 12, Bridgeport 3
Sidney SRs 11, Bridgeport 5
Sidney jumped on the bases early and scored seven runs in the first two innings to build a 7-3 lead going into the third frame. Bridgeport countered back with a pair of runs to close the gap to 7-5 heading to the fourth but could not get any closer.
