The Hemingford Bobcat's boys' basketball team have had to overcome their fair share of adversity this season, including a 1-8 start to get tonight's (Thursday) Class D1-12 Sub-District Final against 19-3 and RPI #1 North Platte St. Patrick's.
The Bobcats are 8-5 in their last 12 games including a 65-38 win over Bayard on Tuesday in the Sub-District semi-finals. Hemingford has won two in a row, but they know they are the underdogs against a St. Pats that has won seven straight games.
A win for Hemingford would clinch a spot in the District Final, a loss would end their season.
The game tonight is at 6 pm MT at McDaid Elementary (McGahan Activities Center) in North Platte.
