🏈 CSC hosting annual six-man Nebraska-vs-Wyoming battle Friday night

Chadron State’s Elliott Field will host the 13th annual Nebraska-Wyoming Six-Man Football All-Star Game on Friday, May 31.  Kickoff is set for 7 o’clock.

              After losing three straight games, Nebraska dominated last year’s contest by a 52-16 margin. The series is tied at 6-6. 

              Two members of Hay Springs’ team that reached the six-man championship game are among the 19 Nebraska players on the roster.  They are lineman Jordyn Anderson and running back Gage Mintken.  Recent Sioux County High graduate William Skavdahl, who is listed as an end, also on the roster.

              Here are the other Nebraska all-stars:

              Arthur County—Dane Pilakowski and Justin Wenzel, Cody-Kilgore—Drew Farrell and Jacob Knox, Garden County—Wyland Lobner, Hampton—Evan Pankoke, Parkview Christian—Brayden Bayliss, Anthony Page and Jaxton Supencheck, Potter-Dix—Jaxen Buettenback and Brayden Kasten, Southwest High (Bartley)—Nathan Rippe, Sumner-Eddyville-Miller—Ryan Arbuthnot and Colt Schroeder, Wallace—Riley Strawder, and Wilcox-Hildreth—Grayson Sheen.
