Local high school basketball standouts will gather Friday in Scottsbluff for the 30th Annual Panhandle Prep All-Star Basketball Games.
Teams will have two practices in the morning and afternoon followed by the girls all-star game at 5:30 and the boys contest following at Scottsbluff High School. A dunk contest will entertain fans at halftime of the girls game and a three-point contest is scheduled between games.
