High School football seasons always seem to go very fast. You start in the heat of August and next thing you know it's the chill of November. You play through bad breaks, injuries and long road trips, but you love hearing the your hometown band and fans at home games and the players form friendships that will make you smile when you think back in later years. Despite an 0-9 record, The Alliance Bulldogs played with heart and effort all season and celebrated with family and friends at their end of year banquet Thursday night.
Head Coach Chris Seebohm thanked the Seniors and their familys for their help and support all season. Coach Seebohm spoke about each Senior and added some, behind the scenes stories that had everyone laughing. Seniors this year were....Nathan Ackerman, Jaden Dvorak, Pierce Libsack, Isaiah Martinez, Jaden McCracken, Kellen Muhr, Nolan Nagaki, Wade Sanders, Dan Steele, Zane Stoike and Mats Albrecht.
Coach Seebohm presented the following Awards, which were voted on by the players and coaches.
Freshman MVP: Jackson Bailey
Scout Team MVP: Landon Crowe
Defensive MVP: Nolan Nagaki
Offensive MVP: Tyzen Brown
Trench Warrior Award: Isaiah Martinez
Fox Hole Award: Wade Sanders
Mr. Bulldog: Wade Sanders
Wade Sanders and Nolan Nagaki were also named All District 6 and Isaiah Martinez was Honorable Mention All District 6. All Conference and All State Awards will be announced in the next few weeks
