The National Weather Service in Cheyenne, Wyo., has extended the blizzard warning for the Panhandle through 5 p.m. Thursday.
There is a slight chance for additional snow Thursday and Friday, and winds are expected to gust up to 55 mph, leading to poor visibility and continued drifting.
Wind chill values Thursday and Friday are expected to dip as low as 15 below zero. A high temperature of 20 is forecast both days.
