Alliance, NE – On Monday, December 18th, the City of Alliance will be conducting interviews with three candidates to fill the position of Police Chief for the City:
Kirk Felker, Alliance PD Lieutenant and Interim Police Chief has over 26 years of experience with the Alliance Police Department.
Terry Horner, Captain with the Holt County, Missouri Sheriff Department, has over 28 years of experience including multiple stints as Police Chief and County Sheriff.
Thomas Rhoades, recently retired after more than 14 years as Police Chief for the Parkview Health System in Fort Wayne, Indiana with over 32 years of policing experience.
