Christian Eric Schumacher, 51, of Hummelstown, PA, formerly of Nebraska, passed away unexpectedly on March 2, 2023.
He was born April 25, 1971, in Scottsbluff, NE, son of Wayne and DeAnne Schumacher.
Christian graduated from the University of Nebraska and was a former Conductor for Union Pacific Railroad in Nebraska. He was a member of the Eagles Club of North Platte, NE and the APA of North Platte, NE.
Christian is survived by; wife, Angela Schumacher; sons, Michael and Justin Schumacher; mother, DeAnne Schumacher; sisters, Ingrid (Craig) Christman, Trina Madden, and Stephanie (Brian Melville) Reiman; brother, Mikel (Melinda) Schumacher, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Schumacher.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 6, 2023, at 11AM in the Hoover Funeral Home of Hershey, Pa. The family will begin receiving guests at 10AM.
