Two Chadron residents have been arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
On Thursday, Jan. 7 Chadron Police Department Officers and the WING Drug Taskforce executed a search warrant for a residence in the 100 block of Maple Street.
Methamphetamine was located during the search warrant.
"On Thursday Jan. 21 officers arrested 38 year-old Johncina Bear Robe and 39 year-old April Thunder Hawk, both of Chadron, for possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine...a Class IV Felony," said Tim Lordino, Chadron Police Chief.
Bear Robe and Thunder Hawk were transported to the Dawes County Jail for booking and lodging.
Bond was set at 10% of $10,000.
The Chadron Police Department was assisted by the WING Drug Taskforce.
