KEARNEY, Neb. — The Nebraska Sports Council has announced that the final registration deadlines are quickly approaching for the Nebraska NetFest Singles & Mixed Doubles Pickleball Championships and the Nebraska NetFest Volleyball State Championships.
NetFest Pickleball registration will close on Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 11:59 p.m., with entry limited to a maximum of 12 participants/teams per division. NetFest Volleyball deadline follows closely on Friday, Oct. 3 at 11:59 p.m. Both events will be held at the brand-new Kearney SportsPlex, a premier venue featuring 12 hardwood volleyball courts and four indoor pickleball courts, along with expansive spectator seating and modern amenities designed to enhance the athlete and fan experience.
In 2024, NetFest Volleyball welcomed 53 teams across three divisions, while NetFest Pickleball attracted 93 participants across all divisions.
Athletes are encouraged to secure their spot now at NebraskaSportsCouncil.com, as entries will not be accepted after the final deadlines.
Nebraska NetFest Pickleball and Volleyball is presented by Visit Kearney and hosted by Kearney SportsPlex and the City of Kearney Park and Recreation.
