LINCOLN, Neb.&nbsp;– On Tuesday, Oct. 14, Governor Jim Pillen will sign an executive order launching the&nbsp;Good Life, Great Careers Initiative. This initiative aims to establish clear pathways for Nebraskans – especially our youth – to access thriving and stable careers through apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs.

As part of the&nbsp;Good Life, Great Careers Initiative, the Nebraska Department of Labor (NDOL) will set up the Office of Registered Apprenticeship, which will be integrated into NDOL and serve as the coordinating body for all matters related to registered apprenticeship programs within the state of Nebraska.&nbsp;&nbsp;
