Alliance, NE – City Ordinance Municipal Code Section 26-50 has been amended to allow two-way traffic in the alley between Box Butte &amp;amp; Niobrara Avenue and &nbsp;4 th &amp; 5 th &nbsp;Street. 

This alley was previously designated as a one-way alley. This amendment was passed by City Council on 11/19/2024. There will be sign removal of the one-way sign and a temporary sign placement for two-way traffic to err on the side of caution for this transition period.
