Alliance Chief of Police Phillip Lukens said, “The community has identified drugs as the number one concern in our recent community survey.  We are listening and we are doing something about it.  We will not tolerate this behavior in our beautiful community.  Fentanyl is very addictive and deadly.  I want to thank our community members, businesses and churches for stepping up and helping us prevent crime and disorder. We are seeing progress.  I especially want to thank the Quality Inn for accommodating us, to ensure the safety of all who were in the facility was paramount.”
