RSVP will be holding their annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day food drive, now through next Friday, Jan. 22.

In the past, volunteers collected donations at the Alliance Grocery Kart. This year due to COVID-19, volunteers will be going door to door using a contactless approach.

"On Monday, Jan. 18 you can have volunteers pick up donations by calling RSVP Director Angie Flesner with an address...where items may be left outside and picked up after 1:00 p.m," said Kelly Keller, City of Alliance Administrative Secretary. "Donations can also be left through next Friday at the Alliance Senior Center in the front of the building...again to remain contactless."

All donated items will be taken to local food pantries.

Contact RSVP and Handyman Director Angie Flesner at (308) 762-1293 with questions.
