Alliance, NE – As part of the ongoing 2nd Street Road Rehabilitation Project, Peltz Construction will close Howard Avenue beginning Saturday, October 10th, 2026 at 8:00 am. Reopening Sunday, October 11th, 2026 at noon.
Please use Williamette as an alternate route.
The closure is necessary to allow crews to complete roadway improvements safely and efficiently. Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes and use caution when traveling near the construction area.
