Alliance, NE – The City of Alliance has started routine maintenance on Elkhorn Tower requiring that it be drained for cleaning and painting in accordance with State Law.
The storage capacity of this facility is 750,000 gallons and represents a substantial portion of the city's water storage capacity. We ask that during the month of September users conserve water to assist with uninterrupted water supply until work is complete.
