On September 15th, 2026, officers were dispatched to E. 20th Street and 3rd Avenue regarding a vehicle vs. a juvenile pedestrian. While en route to the scene, dispatch advised officers that the vehicle had left the scene. Dispatch also advised that the reporting party stated it was a silver four-door Kia. Officers determined that a 13-year-old male was struck by a vehicle while crossing E. 20th St. on 3rd Ave. The juvenile was transported to RWMC by ambulance for treatment for his injuries.
