The Alliance Housing Authority is accepting applications for a summer maintenance position. Hours may vary. Job duties include helping to maintain all Housing & Rosewood Estates grounds (including lawns and snow removal), buildings, equipment and vehicles in addition to routine carpentry work, plumbing and electrical work.
Applicant must be able to read a tape measure, computer literate, have the ability to understand written regulations, and the ability to multi-task. Applicant must possess a valid vehicle operator’s license. Two year’s practical working experience is preferred but not required. Salary is based on qualifications.
Applications may be picked up at the Housing Authority Office at 300 South Potash, #27. Position will be open until filled. EOE
