Update: Scotts Bluff County Attorney Dave Eubanks provided an update on Tuesday on the identity of the man that passed away on Friday night at the Scotts Bluff County Detention Center.
46-year-old David C. Roberts passed away Friday night after he was found unresponsive at the detention center. Foul play is not suspected, and his death is under investigation.
Roberts was arrested on November 29th on a violation of the Nebraska sex offender registry.
