The United Way serving Box Butte and Dawes Counties has partnered with Runza Restaurant in Chadron, Scottsbluff and Gering for a fundraiser on Nov. 16.&nbsp;

10% of all sales will be donated to the United Way of Western Nebraska.&nbsp;
