After the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank, the Alliance Police Department is warning of associated telephone scams.

"If you bank with SVB and receive a call, email, text or any other form of notification requesting or attempting to confirm personal information, hang up and call the bank to confirm it is legit," the department said Monday in a social media release.
