Randy Ray White, 62, of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, entered into rest December 23, 2022 at Regional West Medical Center after a long and courageous battle with cancer. A celebration of Randy’s life will be held January 7, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Saint John’s Lutheran Education Building, located at 2216 Broadway in Scottsbluff, with Pastor Graham officiating. Burial will be at High Butte Cemetery at a later date. Online condolences for the family may be left at www.dugankramer.com

Randy was born in Scottsbluff on August 16, 1960, to parents Gene and Louise (Twombly) White. He received his early education in many Nebraska schools from Crawford to Clay Center, and he attended high school in Bayard. He spent most of his adult life in California.

Randy loved to ride motorcycles and dirt bikes. He loved to work on all vehicles, especially his 1951 Willys Wagon. Family was a priority for him, and he loved his boys, grandkids, and extended family. Randy had a servant’s heart, as evidenced by 12 years caring for his brother, Rex, who had survived a massive stroke in 2006. He also often assisted his friend Tammy until her death. For the past 12 years, Randy had been driving transport for the railroad crew in Morrill.

Randy is survived by sons, Donald (Maria) Muhr of Omaha, Marcus Johnson of California, Jonathan White of California, Ryan (Paula) White of Omaha, and Jarod White of Scottsbluff; sisters, Barbara Jacobs of Scottsbluff and Nancy Jane Bernhardt of Minatare; brother, Rex White of Scottsbluff; grandchildren, Mia White, Melina Muhr, Anthony Muhr, Bridget White, Isabelle White, Nolan White, and Kimberly White; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Gene and Louise White; maternal grandparents, John and Marie Twombly; paternal grandparents, Ed and Cecil White; and great-grandmother, Sarah Fisher.

Randy’s parting words to all: “I love you. Be good, say your prayers, and give everyone a hug for me.”
