The Chadron State College Community Band is open to the Chadron community and CSC students.
Community members may join the band by emailing Dr. Eric Brewer and then attending the first weekly rehearsal Tuesday, Aug. 25, at CSC’s Memorial Hall, Room 125, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. There is a $20 participation fee per semester for non-student participants.
The Community Band will join the CSC Wind Symphony to perform two concerts this semester, Friday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. and Thursday, Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. Both concerts will be in the Memorial Hall Auditorium. Other outreach performances for the surrounding community may be possible. For more information, contact Brewer at ebrewer@csc.edu.
