vehicle owner and the owner wanted to file a stolen vehicle report. The car and suspect identified as Summer Rain Lone Dog, 31 of Scottsbluff
were found the next morning. Lone Dog was subsequently arrested and charged for Theft-Unlawful Taking (Motor Vehicle) and Unauthorized Use
of a Stolen Financial Transaction Device.
