Annamarie Boman, age 89, passed into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father at Skyview Care & Rehab Center in Bridgeport, NE on May 28, 2022.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 1:30pm at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Broadwater, NE with Pastor Jonathan Seng officiating. Annamarie requested no flowers. Annamarie was born November 29, 1932 to Dan & Pearl Boman in Broadwater, NE. She was raised on the family farm northeast of Broadwater and enjoyed the farm life with her siblings Pauline, Loren, and Bernice.
She graduated from Broadwater High School in 1950. She served in the US Naval Waves from 1952-1953. Following her service, she attended several colleges pursuing interests in Dental Hygiene and Physical Therapy. Annamarie learned massage therapy and spent the rest of her life caring for others and using these skills to improve their lives.
She loved animals – especially her many dogs, goats, and horses. She also loved her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She would interact with them in special ways and gave them many memories of happy times. Above all, she was a good a faithful servant who loved her Heavenly Father.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dan & Pearl, sister Pauline (Dan) Neu, brother Loren Boman, sister Bernice Boman, and nephew Dennis Boman.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews Larry Neu of Craig, CO, Patricia (Rex) Wilcox of Altamont, UT, Darrell (Leanne) Neu of Pueblo, CO, Greg (Toni) Neu of Centennial, CO, Alecia (Darrell) Kraupie of Bridgeport, NE, Gaylene (Larry Frame) Boman of Sedgwick, CO, Frank Boman of Oshkosh, NE, Gwen Neu of Elizabeth, CO, Gayle (Gary Adams) Boman of Elizabeth, CO, and Geri (Steve) Brigham of Kenai, AK, and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
Bridgeport Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with services.
