The AHS Class of '62 is pleased to offer a $2,000 opportunities grant to Shawna Banks, AHS Class of '21, upon her enrollment at the University of Derby in Derby, England where she will study Event Management.
Shawna's vision for herself is exactly compatible with the vision the Class of '62 has for those who receive the grants. Studying and traveling abroad will certainly shape her world view. Exposure to and respect for other cultures is the first step toward greater international understanding and appreciation.
