ALLIANCE, Neb. – 17 young ladies from across Nebraska will be competing in the 2026 Miss Alliance Pageant in Alliance on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 6 p.m. at the Alliance Performing Arts Center. Titles being awarded will include Miss Alliance 2026, Miss Alliance’s Teen 2026, Miss Panhandle 2026, Miss Panhandle’s Teen 2026 and Miss Niobrara River 2026. Along with scholarships, crowns and prizes, the winners will compete for the title of Miss Nebraska and Miss Nebraska’s Teen in North Platte in June, 2026.
The five contestants vying for the Teen titles are: Halle Knutson, the daughter of Ryan and Sara Knutson of Scottsbluff; Katie Fowler, the daughter of Jennifer and Casey Fowler of North Platte; Payton Thomas, the daughter of Ramona Thomas of Hastings; Paige Dodson, the daughter of Kevin and Wendy Dodson of North Platte; and Emma Jensen, the daughter of Todd and Heather Jensen of North Platte.
The twelve contestants competing for Miss Alliance are: Leilani Catlett, the daughter of Joel and the late Michelle Catlett of Holdrege; Bar-Lee Klein, the daughter of Johnna and Eric Klein of Arapahoe; Ally Parker, the daughter of Jay and Jennifer Parker of Omaha; Allisen Meek, the daughter of Jennifer and Brett Cullan and David Meek of Hemingford; Addi Carter, the daughter of Monica and Eric Carter of North Platte; Olivia Vanderford, the daughter of Jon and Taryn Vanderford of Lincoln; Addilyn Wilson, the daughter of Francis and Andrea Wilson of Hershey; Nevaeh Laeger, the daughter of Tim and Melinda Laeger of Minatare; Alexis Alley, the daughter of Sandy and Bob Miers of Seward; Mara Soto, the daughter of Marlana Gomez and Alex Soto of Bridgeport; Olivia Terwey, the daughter of Trevor and Abby Terwey of Hastings; and Hanna Henton, the daughter of Kris and Tom O’Brien and Jason Henton of Kimball.
Co-Emcees of the evening will be Scottsbluff native, Makinzie Gregory, Miss Nebraska 2025 and Gabrielle Swift, Miss Nebraska’s Teen 2025. The pageant will also feature several young ladies from the area participating in the Little Sister program during the pageant! The little sisters are paired up with a contestant and will perform on stage and escort their contestants during evening wear!
The audience will have an opportunity to vote for their favorite contestant by voting for the audience choice award! There will also be a silent auction that will take place during the pageant.
The Miss and Teen Alliance pageant is under the Miss Nebraska and Nebraska’s Teen pageant, which is held under the Miss America Organization. It is designed to promote scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, healthy living and community involvement for America's young women.
