The Alliance Police Department is offering a Present Protection Program this holiday season.&nbsp;

"Use our Holiday Season Present Protection Program and help the community cut back on stolen packages," APD said. "During the holiday season, send your package to us and pick it up after it is delivered.  Don't let it be left unattended on your porch."
