ALLIANCE, Neb. – Join us at the City of Alliance Landfill on August 22-23, 2025, for our City-Wide Clean Up! This FREE activity will be held during the Landfill's Friday and Saturday hours of operation: Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:15 p.m.; Saturday, 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
The 2025 City-Wide Clean Up is only open to Alliance, NE residents, and does not include commercial or agricultural affiliations. To participate, residents must bring an old City of Alliance bill that matches the name of the resident dumping, as well as an ID. Participants are responsible for hauling their own belongings.
Keep Alliance Beautiful (KAB) will accept items that run on batteries or plug into an outlet. This includes:
- Computers/Computer Parts
- Printers/Copy Machines
- TVs/VCRs/DVD Players
- Gaming Consoles
- Cell Phones
- Stereos/Speakers
- Microwaves
- Small Appliances
- Batteries smaller than a Car Battery
- Electronic Charging Cables
The Landfill will accept any items containing Freon. This includes:
- A/C Units
- Fridges
- Freezers
- Etc.
We will not accept:
- Commercial/Business
- C&D
- Tires
- Railroad Ties
- Car Batteries
- Chemicals
