LINCOLN, Neb. — Four people successfully completed the April 3, 2026, examination and are now licensed by the Nebraska Board of Examiners for County Highway and City Street Superintendents.
Licensed as Class B County Highway and City Street Superintendents are: Mr. Sean Hall of Roca; Mr. Cody Kutschkau of Fullerton; Mr. Dave Stark of Valley; and Mr. Logan Stoltenberg of Lincoln.
Hall is the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Lancaster County Engineering Department; Kutschkau is a Road Foreman for the Nance County Road Department; Stark is a Public Works Construction Inspector with Sarpy County Public Works; and Stoltenberg is an Associate Technician with Olsson.
The next examination will be held October 2, 2026, with an application deadline of June 30, 2026.

Others recently licensed as Class B Highway and City Street Superintendents include:
Mr. James Dykes, P.E., of Omaha; Mr. L. Tyler Glissman, P.E., of Salina, Kansas; Mr. Zach Hergenrader, P.E., of Papillion; Mr. Seth Lange, P.E., of Norfolk; and Mr. Hunter Moural, P.E., of Lincoln.
Professional Engineers (P.E.) are licensed by equivalency. Dykes is a Civil Engineer with Snyder & Associates, in Omaha; Glissman is Associate Vice President, Midwest Region, of Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects, in Salina, Kansas; Hergenrader is the Sarpy County Engineer with Sarpy County Public Works, in Papillion; Moural is Civil Engineer with Olsson in Lincoln; and Lange is a Senior Engineer with Olsson in Norfolk.
Superintendents are qualified to assist in administering county, city and village road and streetprograms, including:
- preparing one- and six-year improvement plans or programs,
- preparing annual budgets,
- supervising the annual program for design, construction and maintenance of roads and streets
- coordinating plans with adjacent counties, cities, villages and with the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
