ALLIANCE, Neb. – On Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, the Alliance Police Department received a report from the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) regarding allegations of child sexual abuse involving a local Alliance man.
Alliance Police officers, in coordination with DHHS, initiated a joint investigation into the suspected abuse of multiple children. Forensic interviews were conducted, and investigators established probable cause to issue three arrest warrants for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
As a result, TooFeathers Bueno (N/M, DOB: 06/15/1990) was taken into custody on Sept. 22, 2025 without incident. He is currently being held at the Box Butte County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
During the investigation, Bueno consented to a search of his cell phone. The device will undergo forensic examination by the Alliance Police Department as part of the ongoing case.
The investigation remains active.
