The Alliance Volunteer Fire Department battled an early morning building fire this morning (Feb. 25).&nbsp;

The fire was in an abandoned home outside Alliance in Box Butte County.&nbsp;

"[The fire was] fully involved upon our arrival," Alliance Fire Department said. "We had one engine, two tankers, a command vehicle and nine firefighters on scene."
