“I’ve spent a lot of time traveling the United States, but there’s nothing like sharing some laughs with folks in small towns across Nebraska,” said Larry the Cable Guy. “These people have been my biggest supporters, and I can’t wait to put on a great show and give back to the places that shaped me.”
Known for his rapid-fire one-liners, slapstick humor, and observations about life, Larry the Cable Guy rose to fame as a star of the blue-collar comedy phenomenon. His catchphrase “Git-R-Done!” became a cultural staple. His career has spanned stand-up comedy, acting, and film voice work.
He is a multiplatinum recording artist, GRAMMY® nominee, and Billboard award winner. He has a line of merchandise and tours across the U.S. and his Git-R-Done Foundation has donated more than seven million dollars to various charities.
Larry is the voice of Mater in the Golden Globe® winning 2006 animated feature film Cars and Cars 2 from Disney/Pixar. Both movies opened number one at the box office. Together, the two films have grossed more than one billion dollars worldwide. Larry returned as the voice of Mater for Cars 3 in 2017 for the new Disney + series Cars on the Road.
His special Remain Seated is currently streaming on Netflix and he appeared on the FOX show The Masked Singer. His comedy special with Jeff Foxworthy, We’ve Been Thinking, is also available on Netflix.
