GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — Nebraska State Patrol investigators report 100% compliance during alcohol compliance checks held this week in Howard County.
During the afternoon and evening hours of Tuesday, April 28, investigators conducted alcohol compliance checks at 14 businesses in Howard County. All 14 businesses refused to sell alcohol to a minor for a compliance rate of 100 percent.
The businesses included convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, and bars. This effort was supported in whole or part by grant #2679 under the Prevention Project of Grand Island.
