* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snowfall accumulations of 4 to 8 inches expected, with local amounts of to 12 inches possible. Wind chills as low as minus 30 degrees.
* WHERE...East central Wyoming into the northern Nebraska Panhandle including Douglas, Lusk, Harrison, Chadron and Alliance. * WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous travel conditions due to icy, snow packed roads and significantly reduced visibilities. Extremely low wind chill values could quickly result in frost bite or hypothermia if precautions are not taken. The combination of snow and cold will also pose a significant threat to livestock.
