A Chadron man was sentenced on Monday to 60 years to life in prison for the death of his infant daughter in 2022.
27-year-old Riley Lenhart was found guilty in October of one count of intentional Child Abuse resulting in death after he was found to kill his 10-month-old daughter via strangulation on June 19, 2022.
Judge Travis O’Gorman on Monday sentenced Lenhart to 60 years to LIFE in prison. The sentencing was held at the Courthouse in Chadron.
