LA VISTA, Neb. – The Nebraska Bankers Association paid tribute to seven Nebraska bankers who have marked a significant milestone and one bank that has served its community for 100 years. The following were recognized during the association’s annual convention in La Vista on May 7:
Bankers recognized for 50 years of service:
- Charlene Baker, Security First Bank, Harrison
- Bob Brandt, Countryside Bank, Unadilla
- Richard Clements, American Exchange Bank, Elmwood
- David Hall, Countryside Bank, Unadilla
- Larry Lindner, Town & Country Bank, Pleasanton
- Steven Michel, Henderson State Bank, Henderson
- Nancee Sinsel, Minden Exchange Bank & Trust Co., Minden
Banks recognized for 100 years of service:
- Commercial State Bank, Wausa
For a century, Commercial State Bank has stood as a cornerstone of strength, service and stability in Wausa, Neb. Chartered on Nov. 25, 1925, the bank has remained dedicated to meeting the financial needs of individuals, families and businesses while growing alongside the community it proudly serves.
