Step Back in Time at Dobby’s Fall Festival

ALLIANCE, Neb. — Fall is just around the corner, and Dobby’s Frontier Town is getting ready for a weekend of food, music, history, and old-fashioned fun.

Dobby’s Fall Festival will be held Saturday, September 19, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, September 20, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Visitors can enjoy live entertainment, craft vendors, dutch oven cooking, homemade candy from the Kandy Snap, Rex’s Hamburgers, and Bruce’s Homemade Ice Cream. The Lions Club will be serving sarsaparilla, and guests can step back in time for a keepsake photo at Josiephine’s Old Time Photo Parlor.

The weekend is also a chance to slow down, visit with friends and neighbors, and explore the historic buildings and displays that make Dobby’s Frontier Town a special part of western Nebraska. Cowboy Church will be held Sunday at 10 a.m.

Bring the family, enjoy some good food, and entertainment, and spend a fall day surrounded by the sights and stories of Nebraska’s past.
