Officers responded to 1412 2nd Avenue Apartment #1 in reference to a theft of a motor vehicle and a theft of some items within the apartment.
Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the renters of the apartment and documented what items were taken and took photos of the scene. Upon
investigation, Kobe Moreno, 19 of Scottsbluff was arrested for theft by receiving stolen property, burglary, theft of motor vehicle, obstructing a
peace officer, drug paraphernalia, and a warrant. Madison Nowlin-Lee, 18 of Scottsbluff was arrested for theft by receiving stolen property,
burglary, theft of motor vehicle, obstructing a peace officer, and resisting arrest.
