Chadron, NE, December 6, 2023 – National Forest Service Road (NFSR) 723, commonly referred to as the “Cliffs” Road is now fully open as contractors finalized replacement of the culvert approximately eight miles southeast of Chadron.
Tim Buskirk, Pine Ridge District Ranger said the new culvert was necessary for public safety and improved road maintenance.
