Chances of snow this weekend are expected to pass by late afternoon in the Panhandle, but bitter cold and windy conditions will continue at least through next week.
A high of 24 is projected on Sunday, dropping to a high of just 16 degrees Monday and 11 on Tuesday. The overnight low early Tuesday morning is expected to drop to nearly 10 below zero.
Beginning Wednesday, there is a chance of additional snowfall through Friday, the National Weather Service in Cheyenne, Wyo., predicted.
The overnight low on Wednesday could be as low as 20 below zero.
