The City of Chadron issued statement that there was a water main break on Cedar St on Monday morning, close to the Middle School.
This created issues on Cedar for several blocks, and crews have spent the morning fixing the leak, though weather conditions have made it difficult.
The public is advised to avoid the area until the water main break is fixed.
