Robert A. Moore, 80, passed away, Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at his home in Alliance. He had been Electrical Superintendent for the city for 7 years until his retirement.
Robert was born December 21, 1939 in Alameda, California to Alvin and Jackie (Romine) Moore. He married Elaine (Broberg) Bradford on August 21, 1998.
At Robert’s request, cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
